cofinitive, the Cambridge-based PR agency responsible for Iceni Glycoscience, has been shortlisted for the ‘Best Use of Content’ award in the CIPR PRide Awards, for an integrated and intensive eight-month PR campaign designed for us.
The CIPR PRide awards shine the spotlight on the best PR teams and campaigns in nine of the UK’s regions. The ‘Best Use of Content’ award recognises the most original and effective use of content in a successful public relations campaign or project.
Iceni Glycoscience engaged with cofinitive to position us at the forefront of next-gen diagnostics and therapeutics for a post-pandemic world. They created an eight-month integrated PR and communications strategy which included a name change and rebrand from Iceni Diagnostics (as we were) to the all-encompassing Iceni Glycoscience – saying exactly what we do and what our USP is. cofinitive played on our ‘warrior’ Iceni name and created the tagline ‘Spearheading the Glycorevolution’ – reflecting our mission, purpose and focus and asserting our industry leadership qualities.
You will see from previous posts that Iceni Glycoscience content coverage was achieved in national press as well as many different specialist media (Medtech, Pharma, Investment). We also secured a successful disruptor award win, and dramatic increases in our social media metrics and stakeholder engagement.
Dr Martin Stocks, CEO of Iceni Glycoscience said, “It is a pleasure to work with cofinitive and we are delighted that they have been shortlisted for this prestigious award. The team goes above and beyond to continue to support us in our evolution.”
